This error means that the API request limit has been exceeded.
Current API rate limit:
120 requests per minute.
You can monitor the limit using response headers:
X-RateLimit-Limit — total request limit;
X-RateLimit-Remaining — remaining requests.
If you regularly hit the limit, review how requests are being sent and optimize request frequency where possible.
If higher limits are required, contact support or your manager.
To create a test account, register a new account using a different email address (not the one you plan to use for your main account) at: app.elibrium.io
Add TEST to the company name during registration.
You can use test values for onboarding fields such as SSN, ID, and other information.
After registration, inform your manager or support team that the account was created for testing purposes.

Limits for:
active cards;
daily card issuance;
number of users
may depend on your company settings.
If you need higher limits, contact support and specify the expected volume.
Additional review or agreement updates may be required before limits can be increased.
Most pending payments are completed within a few minutes or days.
In some cases, pending transactions or card holds may remain longer, depending on the payment provider or bank processing times.
A payment remains in Pending status until the provider confirms or declines the transaction.
If a payment stays pending unusually long, contact support for additional investigation.
