How do date filters work in the Payments and Refunds list endpoints?

When filtering payments or refunds by date, both date[begin] and date[end] are inclusive.

For example, if you send date[begin]=2026-07-05 and date[end]=2026-07-06, the API returns all records from 2026-07-05 00:00:00 (inclusive) through 2026-07-06 00:00:00 (inclusive).
