Open Home.
Click Make a deposit.
Select one of the available top-up methods.
Click Invoice.
Enter the required amount.
Generate the invoice.
Download the PDF invoice and complete the payment using the provided details.
Use the ACH transfer details provided in the funding window.
Available fields may include:
beneficiary name;
beneficiary address;
bank name;
account number;
routing number;
account type.
Copy the required details and complete the transfer from your bank account.
Please note:
ACH transfers are typically processed within 1–3 business days;
processing time depends on the sending bank.
Use the wire transfer details provided in the funding window.
Available fields may include:
beneficiary name;
beneficiary address;
bank name;
account number;
routing number;
account type.
Before sending a wire transfer, contact support or your account manager if additional confirmation is required.
After the transfer is completed, send payment confirmation details to support if requested.
Please note:
wire transfers are typically processed on the same business day;
additional bank fees may apply depending on your bank.
You can top up the balance using a linked external bank account.
Select Top up using external account.
Choose the linked bank account.
Enter the amount.
Click Deposit.
If no external account is connected:
Click Add account.
Complete bank account connection through Plaid.
Please note:
processing time depends on the bank and provider;
deposits from closed or unsupported bank accounts may fail.
Crypto top up is available through support or your account manager.
The application does not support direct crypto deposits inside the interface.
