Card issuance limits

Learn about card issuance limits, free issuance quotas, and restrictions for companies and users.

Card issuance limits are configured for the company and, if needed, for individual users. If a limit is exceeded, card creation will fail with an error message.

Typical default platform limits:

  • up to 100 active cards per company;

  • up to 10 new cards per day per company;

  • from 1 to 20 cards per issuance request;

  • the first 50 card issuances are free of charge.

After the free quota is used, additional card issuance fees may apply depending on company settings and card type

Additional personal limits can also be configured for users:

  • maximum number of active cards;

  • daily card issuance limit.

Each card in a bulk issuance request is counted separately toward the company’s daily issuance limit.

If a limit is reached:

  • close or block unused cards;

  • contact support or your account manager to request higher company limits.
