Account creation is available to users with the Owner, Admin, or Group Admin role.
Group Admin users can create and manage accounts only within their own team scope. Unlike Owners and Admins, they do not have access to all company accounts.
Account creation may be unavailable if:
the user does not have the required permissions;
additional accounts are not supported for your company;
the required account configuration is not set up for your company.
