Reports export limits

Export limits

50,000 rows / transactions limit applies to:

• Payments exports;

• Detailed statements from Statements

• Balance History;

• Transfers;

• Cards;

• Refunds;

• Top ups.

Large reports may take longer to process or fail.

If report generation fails:

• reduce the selected date range;

• apply additional filters;

• generate the report again.

Permissions

Export availability depends on your permissions for the selected section.

If the Export option is unavailable, please contact your company administrator, account manager, or Elibrium support team.
